Tell everyone your beliefs

Bismillah.

O son, I was going to give you a tall order, that you should not travel or do something unless you do two things - either you share what you see, hear and feel, in pictures. Or share them in words. Then I saw this quote, just now, featured on the epigraph page of a book - 'The Dancing Wu Li Masters'. It's a quote by Erwin Schrodinger: "If you cannot - in the long run - tell everyone what you have been doing, your doing has been worthless."

MashaAllah! I was instantly reminded of the Greatest Man that ever existed - Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Imagine if he didn't bother to share his first revelation experience with his wife? And imagine if the people around him had not recorded his words and actions by memory and narrations? The Prophet in fact had spent his entire life telling everyone what he was doing - receiving revelations from the Supreme Being.
As his followers we have got no choice but to tell people our beliefs. We have got to tell everyone about our faith. We have got to shout that we are pleased with our Lord, or our 'being' would be worthless. We have got to sing about the man we believe in. The man with whom we want to be resurrected with, bi-iznillah.

May Allah give us hidayah and tawfik so that we are only occupied with all that is worthwhile and not make our doing and being worthless.

Sallu alan Nabi

Note:
'The Dancing Wu Li Master' by Gary Zukav is a book about quantum physics and relativity. I haven't read it yet, I am lending it to a Mathematician friend, hoping that he would talk to me about it afterwards. The only simple theory I came to accept and remember was one from Shaykh Nazim. He said, 'Zero is before 1. So be nought before the One.' That is 'Tawheed Maths' if you like. Wallahu a'lam.

  1. Masha'Allah.

How succint and profound the sayings of Sultanul Awliya.

    Quantum theory, do watch (YouTube):
    1. What the bleep do we know down the rabbit hole
    2. Part 01: String theory (till M-theory)

The only thing they omit/avoid is the existence of our soul.

Future results from Large Hadron Collider (LHC) would be fascinating indeed.

Thank you very much indeed for sharing.
    Appreciate it!
    Rabbi zidni 'ilma.
May Allah increase us in knowledge.
All kinds of knowledge - physics, maths, history, biology, tasawwuf etc. All things lead to Him. Subhanallah. Allah Hu Haq!
