28th Ramadhan 1432H

Bismillah.

O friends, we have been asked by a certain mu'aleem to pay special attention tonight 28th Ramadhan/eve of 29th Ramadhan. May Allah let us taste the sweetness of being alone with Him in the wee hours on this special night - "Peace it is until the break of dawn!"

Let's ponder the translation of Al Qadr as offered by the late Martin Lings (Abu Bakar Sirajuddin) from 'The Book of Certainty'.

Verily We sent it down in the Night of Power.
How canst thou tell the Night of Power?
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
The Angels and the Spirit descend therein.
Peace it is until the break of dawn.
