Bismillah.
Shaykh Adnan Kabbani at a luncheon and sohbet in Kuala Lumpur yesterday said:
"You do not have spiritual ears to hear the animals, plants and stones praising Allah. Thoughts come and go in your heart but they are not connected to Allah, thus making your body, mind and habits useless."
Shaykh Adnan spoke in his usual soft tone but his messages came across strong and stern. He said, "To be humble to Allah one must be humble to His creations, all of His creations including animals, vegetations and pebbles because Allah says: "I am everything and I am with everything."
However, since we (our hearts) are not properly tuned to Allah, therefore our hearing faculties are not able to listen to the zikr made by all of creations towards Allah s.w.t. All are praising Him and are in remembrance of Him.
Shaykh Adnan also said, "If you have love in your heart for Allah. Allah will protect you. He will place a veil around you. With such a divine protection, no amount of black magic would be able to harm you." So, keep Allah and Rasulullah s.a.w in your heart always. Say at least 100 to 1000 times of zikr Allah and salawat (durood) daily. It does not matter if you do little but never miss it. Be consistent!
"We are now in the month of Rabi'ul Awal, it is a special month indeed because of the Beloved of Allah, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. We must pay special attention to it by celebrating the mawlid. Allah reserves great bounties beyond our imaginations for those who celebrate the mawlid for the sake of the one whom Allah loves."
"May Allah makes us a siddiq (truthful) follower of Rasulullah s.a.w. May Allah makes us a siddiq follower of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and all our grand Shaykhs. May Allah give us long life so we could be with Imam al-Mahdi and make us siddiq followers of Imam al-Mahdi. Bi hurmatil Fatihah."
