Alhamdulillah wa shukrulillah.
I recalled a couple of years back I had the privilege of meeting Shaykh Ninowy in KL on Boxing day. It was boxxxxxing great!
Well, this year, I am not meeting Shaykh Seraj Hendricks, not yet but soon InShaAllah Bi-iznillah. For now, it sufficed that my salam had reached him.
It's amazing how much aura or rather nur that all the enlightened illuminated souls emit. A simple gesture of sending/receiving salam from them could make you super elated!
May Allah ease and fulfill all the plans I have identified for my Cape Town trip and a few other travel plans for 2017. Ameen.
Meantime, I wish all of you happy holidays and don't forget to recite the salawat taught by Habib Umar bin Hafiz so that Allah will help all Muslims, that we will be supported by Allah with a mighty support.
"Wa yan surakallahu nasran aziza."
Because, while many of us enjoy peaceful and joyful times during this time of the year, there are many people out there who are displaced, unsafe and hungry.

Will travel for knowledge, shuyukh and to see His signs on the horizons but never for rock concerts or anything like that. May Allah forgive us, replace our misdeeds with worthy ones and guide us on the Straight Path. Ameen.
